Return & Refund Policy

● Returns:
We understand the importance of quality in surgical markers. If your surgical marker does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The surgical marker must be unused and in the same condition as received.

It must be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email your Order Number to info@surgicalmark.com.

● Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned surgical marker, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

● Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
